とっても便利なツールありがとうございます。
早速ダウンロードさせて頂き、試してみましたが何度やってもうまく行きません。
ラインを引いた後に、ラインをダブルクリックしてアクティブな状態で
キーボード（英字の状態）で押しても変更されないです。

実はMetaTrader4がbuild 985になりました。
バグが修正されまして、
MQL4: Fixed passing of a string parameter to the OnChartEvent entry point. The error could cause a false value of the parameter. OnChartEvent allows tracking chart events: keypress events, mouse movement and more.
Build 985では使えますので、また使ってみてください。
